Stop Sign
What it is?
This is a regulatory traffic control sign telling drivers to reduce speed and come to a full stop. It is reserved for locations where traffic is required to stop beyond that which the driver can see, regardless of whether it’s physically visible (e.g. the end of a queue, or an uncontrolled road intersection). The octagonal-shaped stop sign is red with white letters. This instantly recognisable logo conveyed the message that a driver must stop the vehicle and continue to proceed only when safe.
